Very unhappy with service for my Dads roof. Leaked at 11 months out of the one year warranty . They came out and did a quick ten minute fix that we could have done ourselves. Which is one thing if they were going to extend the warranty and make sure it could hold up to next years rainy season but they refused to extend it. I had a major roof leak repaired that my insurance company paid a portion of and I paid 6k out of pocket to get repaired . I expected it to last and for them to stand behind their work and I do not feel this was the case.

Jerry , who came and did the fist inspection, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained different options to fit our needs.The workers were hardworking and respectful. Samuel kept me updated on the progress periodically. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day they were here .Antonio was my contact person. He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very polite.Miguel Angel who did our final walk through was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.I would recommend this company to all who needs work done on their roof.Thank you Grandmark!

Excellent choice from the beginning to the end. The team did an excellent job on replacing my roof. They are very dedicated and take pride on their workmanship . Dave, was great. He is very personable and it was a pleasure meeting and working with him. I look forward to having the project started.The service technician did an exceptional job. They presented me with photos of the work that was completed. It rained the nexted day and no leak. I could not be more pleased with the totality of my experience.We have had a couple of rain storm since the conclusion of the work done on the roof. NO LEAKS a job well done.

I would like to commend Angel C. and his team for doing such a great job in repairing my roof , removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well as cleaning my gutters. Angel was very responsive to all our concerns and makes sure that the job gets done according to our satisfaction. Customer service was excellent from the start when I spoke to Jose who was very pleasant and was empathizing with our roofing issue. Angel C. sends us photos and videos of before and after the work is completed which was very reassuring to homeowners like us.
